All bookings are personal and cannot, under any circumstances, be transferred.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURES:

Stays must be made from Saturday to Saturday or from Wednesday to Wednesday.
The rentals are available:
From 4:00 PM and must be vacated clean by 10:00 AM. For the Chalets
From 4:00 PM and must be vacated clean by 10:00 AM. For the mobile homes
From 4:00 PM and must be vacated clean by 10:00 AM. For the eco-lodges
The departure from the rental takes place after inventory from 8:30 AM.

No arrivals after 10:00 PM; the campsite closes at 10:00 PM.

PETS:

Pets are not allowed in the rental accommodations

NON-OCCUPATION:

In the absence of a message from the guest indicating that they had to delay their arrival date, the rental becomes available 24 hours after the arrival date specified in the rental agreement and full payment for the services remains required.

CANCELLATION:

Any cancellation must be made in writing
Refund of the deposit for cancellations more than 60 days in advance.
After this deadline, the deposit will remain with the owner, regardless of the reason.
For cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
The balance must be paid 30 days before your arrival at the campsite. If the balance is not paid 30 days before your arrival, the reservation will be cancelled.
No reminder will be sent

PAYMENT:

The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the stay.
If the balance is not paid within this timeframe, the reservation will be cancelled (payment can be made via holiday vouchers, credit card or bank transfer).
No reduction will be granted in the case of late arrival or early departure.

EQUIPMENT:

The equipment is rented in good working condition and cleanliness. The refrigerator must be defrosted the day before your departure. Any damage will result in a deduction from the security deposit.

RENTAL DEPOSIT and CLEANING DEPOSIT:

Upon your arrival, a security deposit of €150 (by cheque or cash) will be required. It guarantees the loss, breakage or damage of the rented equipment (up to the amount of the deposit).

A second deposit of €60 will also be required and will only be refunded if the rental is ready to be rented out again immediately, meaning:

the floor swept and washed throughout the rental, gas cleaned including burners, toilet, bathroom, microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator defrosted and cleaned.

CAMPSITE RULES:

All guests must comply with the rules and regulations of Camping la Vallée.

Barbecues are prohibited.
