Campsite pitch rental terms and conditions

All rentals are personal and cannot be transferred under any circumstances.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE:

On the agreed day of your arrival, you can check in to your campsite pitch from 12 p.m. On your departure day, you must vacate your pitch before 12 p.m. If you leave the campsite pitch before the agreed rental period, the reception has the right to charge the full price of your stay and no partial refund will be provided.

No arrivals are allowed after 10 p.m. The campsite closes at 10:30 p.m.

PETS:

Pets are allowed on the pitches, provided they are kept on a leash.

NON-OCCUPATION:

If the guest does not notify us of a delayed arrival, the pitch will be considered available 24 hours after the date stated in the rental agreement and full payment for the services will still be required.

CANCELLATION:

Any cancellation must be made in writing, either by mail or email. Refund of the deposit is available for cancellations made more than 60 days in advance. After this period, the deposit will be retained by the campsite owner, regardless of the reason for cancellation. For cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount of the stay will be charged. You can pay your balance upon arrival.

CAMPSITE RULES:

All guests are required to comply with the rules and regulations of CAMPING LA VALLEE.

Barbecues are strictly prohibited.
